We all walk a unique path, each with individual struggles and blessings. I learned very early on about the fragility and precious nature of being alive. These experiences I had as child and young adult are what shaped and guided my path to becoming a doctor. My passion is to help patients evolve; to help people restore and renew their health and quality of life.
I believe that health is the foundation needed in order to reach your greatest potential both personally and professionally. It is my wish to support you on your journey in optimizing your health, helping you identify mental, emotional and physiological limitations, so that we may achieve your goals. I do this using various tools within regenerative medicine, creating customized protocols to optimize your health and prevent age related disease and decline. The way you feel about your health and the body you have been given is just as important to me as it is to you.
I want to see you thrive! I want to see you love the body that you are in and be grateful for the life you live! Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to serving you!

My name is Tawnya. I'm the front office manager at Wellspring Clinic.
I grew up in Seattle. My first job was working retail at a large department store. I later accepted a position at a local chiropractor's office. I managed his clinic for many years before joining the team at Wellspring Clinic in 2022.
My husband and I live in Fountain Hills and own a clock and watch repair shop in Scottsdale. We really love Arizona! We enjoy relaxing by the pool, dinners out, antiquing, and taking our dog for walks. I also enjoy cooking and baking and trying new healthy recipes.
Hi, I'm Ellen,
I am a patient care coordinator at Wellspring Clinic!
Things I like: painting, photography, ceramics, thrifting and vintage shops, drinking kombucha, going to museums, collecting plants, & lavender: both the color and the smell.
Things I don't like: when it's too hot to be outside, peanut butter, traffic on the 101 freeway, spiders and snakes
Hi, I'm Jessi.
Wellspring Clinic has been my home away from home since 2001! Many of our patients have become like family to me. I have a very vested interest in the well-being of our patients and you can trust me to always take your health care needs seriously. The addition of Dr Andrea Minesaki to Wellspring Clinic has been monumental in our continued success and I can not speak highly enough about her.
Outside of work you'll find me surrounded by music whether its at a concert, on the dance floor or amongst friends. I enjoy obscure art projects, muscle cars and all things Halloween. I love the outdoors and all things wild.
Hi, I’m Monica,
Born and raised in northern California (SF Bay area). I have lived in Arizona for the past 3 years with my three beautiful children, I enjoy my Saturday gym class, yoga Hot & cold, Hikes, anything outdoors, and I am in just awe with the stunning sunrises and sunsets Arizona has.
I am a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant for 21 years now, Working for places like Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto California and UCSF Children’s Hospital in San Francisco. I most recently came from the Scottsdale weight loss center where I worked one on one with my patients to help assist and encourage them along the way of their weight loss journey where I was even encouraged by them to also lose 26lbs myself. It is my great honor to be a part of Dr Andrea’s practice and the wellspring family! I look forward to meeting and assisting all of you as we remain beautiful, healthy, and strong..
Hello, I’m Sarah, with an “H”… anyone watch The Tonight Show!?
I am a born and raised Colorado girl that has moved to the desert. I have been an MA-LSRT (medical assistant-limited scope X-ray tech) over 10 years.
As much as I would like to take all of the credit for the type of person I have become, my friends and family have definitely had an impact on my empathic personality. I am the oldest of four children, the youngest of my siblings being 10-12 years younger than I am. I naturally became involved in their daily upbringing. As a mom of 5 myself, my world revolves around making sure my children get to experience an adolescence that flourishes in a safe space.
Outside of work, I am learning to embrace my inner “green thumb”. From the ever-growing collection of house plant, to learning how to garden outside in a different zone than CO. I also enjoy traveling with my family and collecting mini helmets at the NFL stadiums across the US. .
Dr. Sam Walters is enjoying retirement and no longer working in clinical practice. His contribution to Wellspring Clinic will always be remembered.
