We all walk a unique path, each with individual struggles and blessings. I learned very early on about the fragility and precious nature of being alive. These experiences I had as child and young adult are what shaped and guided my path to becoming a doctor. My passion is to help patients evolve; to help people restore and renew their health and quality of life.
I believe that health is the foundation needed in order to reach your greatest potential both personally and professionally. It is my wish to support you on your journey in optimizing your health, helping you identify mental, emotional and physiological limitations, so that we may achieve your goals. I do this using various tools within regenerative medicine, creating customized protocols to optimize your health and prevent age related disease and decline. The way you feel about your health and the body you have been given is just as important to me as it is to you.
I want to see you thrive! I want to see you love the body that you are in and be grateful for the life you live! Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to serving you!

Hi, I'm Jessi.
Wellspring Clinic has been my home away from home since 2001! Many of our patients have become like family to me. I have a very vested interest in the well-being of our patients and you can trust me to always take your health care needs seriously. The addition of Dr. Andrea Minesaki to Wellspring Clinic has been monumental in our continued success and I can not speak highly enough about her.
Outside of work you'll find me surrounded by music whether its at a concert, on the dance floor or amongst friends. I enjoy obscure art projects, muscle cars and all things Halloween. I love the outdoors and all things wild.
I grew up in rural Michigan. My college years were at at the University of Michigan, studying Anthropology. Upon completion of medical school, I dedicated many years to teaching, which has been very rewarding. For over 20 years I served as a Professor of Minor Surgery at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Teaching comes naturally to me, and as a Naturopathic physician patient education is a core value. I still enjoy lecturing and teaching workshops.
Today, my focus has shifted to Medical Aesthetics, Bio-Identical Hormone balancing, Minor Surgery, Sexual Enhancement Therapy and Anti-Aging. My practice has been guided by my clients’ desires and needs. It is difficult to describe the details of what I do. In the big picture, I assist my clients in their pursuit of their best self and best life, however that looks for them. It's an honor to assist my patients in achieving and exceeding their individual goals. This position is a gift , and one I do not take for granted. The ability to offer my expertise in areas I am passionate about has always resonated in my core.
When I am not practicing medicine, you will find me in my studio designing and creating. Creating is playing and everyone benefits from playing. I love fashion design, metal work, and woodworking. My creative outlet is a way to maintain balance, and be the best person I can be. My time in my workshop provides a constant source of positive energy that I believe translates into being the best physician I can be for my clients.
Hi, I'm Ellen,
I am a patient care coordinator at Wellspring Clinic!
I grew up in southern California and went to school in San Francisco. I moved to Phoenix in 2021 and have been working with Wellspring Clinic ever since! I’m so grateful to be a part of such a passionate, knowledgeable, caring team who aim to help people reach their health goals and live happy, full, healthy lives. I love being able to serve the community in that way and see our patients thrive.
Outside of work you’ll most likely find me roller skating with my skate crew or checking out one of the many antique/vintage shops here in the valley. I also love to express my creative side through painting, drawing, clay, jewelry making, and photography.
Hello, I’m Sarah, with an “H”… anyone watch The Tonight Show!?
I am a born and raised Colorado girl that has moved to the desert. I have been an MA-LSRT (medical assistant-limited scope X-ray tech) over 10 years.
As much as I would like to take all of the credit for the type of person I have become, my friends and family have definitely had an impact on my empathic personality. I am the oldest of four children, the youngest of my siblings being 10-12 years younger than I am. I naturally became involved in their daily upbringing. As a mom of 5 myself, my world revolves around making sure my children get to experience an adolescence that flourishes in a safe space.
Outside of work, I am learning to embrace my inner “green thumb”. From the ever-growing collection of house plant, to learning how to garden outside in a different zone than CO. I also enjoy traveling with my family and collecting mini helmets at the NFL stadiums across the US.
Dr. Sam Walters is enjoying retirement and no longer working in clinical practice. His contribution to Wellspring Clinic will always be remembered.
